Rise & Flow

Awaken your body and mind with an activating yoga practice that blends strength and flexibility. In this class you will be guided through a warmup to sync movement with breath and slowly create heat, then build up to more invigorating movements and postures. Class will close by tuning inward with a few tension-releasing postures.

Slow Flow & Restore

This Yoga class invites us to practice more presence through connecting breath with slow mindful movement. Aspects of both Vinyasa (movement/flow) and Restorative Yoga (gentle, meditative, supported holds) are blended to create balance in mind and body.
