About Me
There is a strong connection between physical health and mental health. With this understanding, it is my mission to provide guidance and support to others on their own wellness journeys.
In my teens and early twenties, I struggled with my mental health. Over the years, I learned different tools that helped me navigate these challenges. Running and strength training first helped me physiologically shift my mental state in the moment. Training also taught me about resiliency and how to work through being uncomfortable. These are some of the reasons why I became a strength and conditioning coach in 2013. I’m also very passionate about helping others see and reach their potential! In 2017 I began attending regular yoga classes to help me restore from my active lifestyle. Right away it helped me recover better and become less prone to injury.
Unexpectedly, this practice taught me how to regulate my nervous system, release stress, live more presently, and make decisions with clarity. When you experience not being ruled by your thoughts and emotions, (or anyone else’s for that matter) your perspective on everything changes. In moments we connect to that peace within ourselves, it outwardly radiates from us into the world. This is also why I coach/teach.
From 2020 to present, I’ve been teaching Yoga at various locations throughout the Lehigh Valley. I moved from Easton to Palmerton in 2021. As of 2024, I am happy to share that I’m now offering classes in my own community!
In addition to teaching Yoga, I’m also a collegiate strength and conditioning coach. When I’m not coaching/teaching, I spend most of my time enjoying nature, whether it’s gardening at home, hiking, running, taking cold plunges at the base of waterfalls, snowboarding, or just lying in a hammock enjoying my surroundings.
